Green Round Dichroic Glass Pendant Necklace

This little round dichroic glass pendant has one of those flashes that refuses to sit still. It moves from bright leafy green into slight teal depending on the light and angle, which is half the fun of dichroic glass. I kept the setting simple with a silver finish so there is nothing competing with all that color. Small, simple and plenty colorful all by itself. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
