All FREE shipping is sent Domestic 1st Class with USPS. Expected delivery time: 2 to 9 days. Expedited UPS or USPS shipping available for purchase at checkout.
Most orders will ship the next business day. If ordered before 11:00 a.m. Central time and if the item is in stock, orders will ship same day. Please see individual listings for details.
Returns & exchanges
With Bayou Glass Arts, customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you, for any reason, are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will forward to you the return address. Please ship back in unworn and original condition for full refund. Cost of return shipping will be buyers responsibility. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, I offer wholesale. Please contact me directly for more information.
After wearing jewelry, wipe down with a soft cloth and place in a poly bag for storage. Do not wear in the shower or while swimming. Avoid spraying perfume or hand sanitizer as it can harm jewelry.
Is your work resin? Will my pendant turn yellow or change colors?
No, all of my quality glass jewelry will not dull, turn yellow or scratch like resin.
Can I order a custom chain?
I offer various lengths with each listing but if you prefer something custom, please contact me. Note that all of my Figaro chains are fully adjustable so that you may wear them as short as you like up to the longest length purchased.
Does your metal contain nickel or lead?
No. The mixed metal solder I use is eco and metal sensitive friendly. No nickel, zinc, cadmium or lead. The standard chain offered is plated brass and also metal sensitive friendly.

Packaging and Gift Wrap
Each of my packages are wrapped safely and thoughtfully.
Gift wrapping can be requested for a minimal fee during checkout. If you would like to have your order sent directly as a gift, I will be happy to add a note or sentiment on your behalf as well. Please contact me with your order number along with your personal message and I'll be happy to oblige.
