Bayou Glass Arts has a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are displeased with your order in any way, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You must contact us prior to returning the product. To begin the return process, email us at Support@BayouGlassArts.com.
Any order returned without prior notification, will not be accepted and package will be returned to sender. Once you have notified us, you may return your order to: Bayou Glass Arts, P.O. Box 915, Farmerville, LA 71241. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please return product in unworn, unused condition along with your order number and contact information. Upon receipt, I will contact you to let you know it arrived and your return will be processed immediately.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. The sooner we are aware of an issue, the sooner we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items and any items purchased on sale or via gift card. None are returnable unless there is a maker defect.
