Real Malachite Necklace in Silver Finish

I started with a rich green malachite cabochon and paired it with a few matching malachite nugget beads above the pendant. The stone has those natural bands and swirls that make malachite easy to recognize, and the silver finish keeps the focus right where it belongs... on the stone itself. This one has a simple, comfortable feel to it and wears easily with everything from blue jeans to a favorite sweater. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
