Antique Skeleton Key Necklace with Labradorite Inset

No reproductions here. The key is genuinely old, the labradorite is real, and once this piece finds a home, there won't be another exactly like it. I love making these because each one feels a little like rescuing a forgotten treasure and giving it a second story. Handmade in my home studio.

Bayou Glass Arts™... where old keys get a second chance to unlock a little wonder.

From inception to completion, each piece of jewelry is handmade by me with care in my home studio in Louisiana, USA.

I take special care with packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I’m happy to help! Thank you so much for considering my work. ~Contina
