Moss Agate Teardrop Necklace with Copper Underlay

This moss agate reminded me of lichen climbing across an old fence post or creeping over a rock in the woods. The copper underlay behind the stone gives it a warm glow that changes a bit depending on the light, while the moss agate does what moss agate does best... make tiny landscapes all on its own. I finished it in a gunmetal finish and let the stone tell the story. Handmade in my home studio.

From inception to completion, each piece of jewelry is handmade by me with care in my home studio in Louisiana, USA.

I take special care with packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I’m happy to help! Thank you so much for considering my work. ~Contina
