Ocean Jasper Earrings

One Of A Kind

Bayou Glass Arts™

I’ve made these earrings with ocean jasper, set in a silver finish and hung from hand formed sterling ear wires. The colors move from mossy green to warm caramel with natural little bursts of cream that make each pair look like a tiny bit of the shoreline. No two stones ever come out quite alike, but this pair turned out just right if I say so myself.  Handmade in my home studio. Bayou Glass Arts, where I mix tin, patience and sweet tea in equal measure :)

From inception to completion, each piece of jewelry is handmade by me with care in my home studio in Louisiana, USA.

I take special care with packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions—I’m happy to help! Thank you so much for considering my work. ~Contina
