Lily of the Valley Necklace

I’ve been asked to make jewelry with May’s birth flower in the past, but entirely too hot here in the South to grow them and I had difficulty finding a supplier. Well, look no more, I found her! Lily of the Valley is a quiet little flower with a lot of meaning, it’s humble, sweet, and stronger than it looks. These flower are real and set in glass, preserved just as they were when picked.

I make these in various shapes and always welcome custom orders.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
