Authentic Green Sea Glass Pendant Necklace

I took this piece of authentic green sea glass and turned it into something that gets to wander around a little longer. The glass has that wonderful frosted surface and softened shape that comes from its time in the water, and I hand formed and soldered the setting around the shape it already had. It's a little piece of upcycled glass with a completely unknown first life... which is honestly part of what I like about sea glass in the first place. Simple, unusual and a great gift for a beach lover, ocean lover or someone who'd happily spend the afternoon looking for treasures along the shoreline. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
