Cloudy Sky Pendant Necklace

This larger blue agate doublet looks like somebody managed to catch a piece of a summer sky and turn it into a gemstone. The soft white markings drift across that gorgeous blue like wispy clouds, and the larger round size gives the pattern plenty of room to show off. I finished it simply in silver because this stone really does not need much help getting attention. It would make a beautiful unique gift for her, especially for someone who loves blue skies, clouds or unusual natural gemstone jewelry. Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
