Pink Agate Heart Pendant

I picked this stone because it reminded me of pink clouds. The colors caught my eye and the heart shape seemed like a natural fit for it. I kept the setting simple and finished it in silver so nothing distracted from the stone itself. Sometimes a piece comes together because I have a plan. Sometimes I just keep picking up the same stone until I finally make something with it. This was one of those. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
