I set this piece around a soft pink agate that has that cloudy, layered look I always get pulled into… there is even the faintest hint of blue tucked underneath that you catch here and there depending on the light. It is simple on purpose… just the stone, a clean edge, and a silver finish so nothing competes with it. It is one of those pieces that does not need a lot of explaining… you either love that color and movement or you don’t, and if you do, this one is easy to wear with just about anything. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
