Here I set a piece of sea glass that began as clear glass and was slowly softened by the ocean over time. The surface has that natural frosted look that only comes from years of waves and sand doing their quiet work. I framed it in a gunmetal finish setting and left the shape of the glass just as it was found. Simple and worn smooth. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
