Abalone Magnifying Glass Necklace

This is a new design I’ve been working on. A smaller magnifier pendant that still has that same solid feel and everyday usefulness, just in a more compact size.

That’s real abalone up top. Nature brought the shimmer. I just foiled it, soldered it, and gave it a cozy little home. It wears easy, looks good, and feels nice in your hand.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
