Here I made a simple heart from mother of pearl and set it up to be easy to wear and easy to love. The surface has that soft, natural glow that changes just a bit as you move, nothing loud, just quietly pretty. It’s one of those pieces that works with everything and doesn’t try too hard…which is usually my favorite kind. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
