My metal work isnt just for jewelry. I set this one up for the window… a solid glass prism that had once been a large bottle stopper...I mean big, with some real weight behind it and sharp, clean lines that catch the light as it moves through the day. It is not meant to throw bold rainbows across the room… this one is quieter… more about the way the light shifts inside the glass and its presence. I finished it in silver finish and added a chain with a hook so it can hang straight from the frame… no suction cups, no fuss. Simple, substantial, and made to stay right where you put it. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
