Here I set a large round gemstone into a simple silver finish pendant and let the colors do the storytelling. The blues and soft earthy tones move through the stone almost like water and shoreline meeting. Every time I look at it I see something a little different... a bit of sky, a bit of land, maybe even a tiny island sitting in the middle. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
