Here I set a moss agate gemstone into a long rectangular pendant with a silver finish and added a textured ring at the top that lets the pendant move freely. Moss agate is known for the natural patterns that form inside the gemstone, and this one has soft layers and earthy tones that make every angle a little different. It has a nice presence when worn without feeling over the top. Handmade in my home studio.

Artisan Handmade Process

My medium is the Tiffany-style stained glass technique, combining glass, gemstones, and other materials using the copper foil method. My metalwork features a blend of tin, silver, copper, and brass, all safe for sensitive skin. Instead of torch soldering, I use a soldering iron, which gives me more flexibility to create a diverse variety of organic designs.
